Return policy for end users 
(End user is any natural person, engaging in a legal business transaction for a specific purpose, with no ties to any type of commercial dealing.)

Refund Policy

You, the end user, may return the received goods without declaring any reason within 14 days, by sending the received product(s) back to SHIRIN SEHAN GmbH. The deadline begins the day you’ve received your product(s), but not before receiving the final product when multiple shipments of more than one product have been sent. You must inform us via e-mail or fax that you wish to return the received goods. In any case, the cost of the return shipment will be covered by SHIRIN SEAHN GmbH.  The return or refund request is to be made directly to:

In case of damage 

Should there by any trace of damage or wear condition which would declare the product as used, we have the right to charge you for the said damages. This does not include wearing a product for the purpose of testing it or trying it on as you would in a local boutique or store. Once we receive the damaged product, you will have 30 days to comply with the above.
